Shipping & Returns
All orders are prepared with love and sent by post. Every orders are sent using Registered Mail, so the customer receives a Tracking Number for their shipment that will help to follow up its journey.
Please note that Alice & Friends can not take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping costs are estimated on order weight and destination.
Please note that we are not reliable of customs fees that may occur.
If you wish to exchange or return any item bought in our shop, please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 15 days after receipt of the products.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that still have the original tag and are in the original conditions.
We do not accept returns of items bought during sales periods.
The customer must bear the shipping costs and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process.
In case of exchange of products, the customer must make a new purchase on our website of the product/color/size desired.
In case of return, within a maximum of 15 days, we will analyze the returned product and give you feedback. If the costumer asks for a new product or a refund, Alice & Friends does not cover the cost of postage, taxes or customs fees of the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of error from our side (mistaken or damage product).
Please note that all returns should me made directly to Alice & Friends and not to the individual brands represented by us.
